The room was compact and brand-new, offered climate control, pay television, and a fridge. The hotel was in a favourable and unbeatable position just off Sendai and Aobadori Station.
Pity, but the beds were a bit small.

Extremely comfy bed, impeccable and compact room. Variety of supplies in the room: central heating, television and a refrigerator. Good location in a shopping area just next door to the rail station, restaurants and the Sendai morning market and convenience stores. Nearby Barbaresco - great place to chill out...

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast options at the hotel. They had both Japanese and western dishes, including American bacon, which is hard to find in Japan. The buffet provided a great start to my day. The hotel's location near Sendai Station made it convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The hotel also offered good WiFi, which was important for me. I had a satisfying stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

All the rooms were extremely spacious and fairly quiet with comfortable beds and with a casual atmosphere. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from Nishikicho Park. There were stores and a market around the hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right across the street from the Westin on a broad boulevard. It's also within walking distance of the JR station, which makes it convenient for exploring other cities in Japan. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a particularly pleasant interaction with a staff member named Naomi who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and smooth. The rooms at this hotel are comfortable, with beds that provide a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided. Additionally, the breakfast offered at this hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from including a white grand piano in the dining area.
The only small drawback I encountered during my stay was the limited availability of parking lots. However, this was a minor inconvenience and in no way affected the overall positive experience at this hotel.

Christopher
The Christmas experience at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food to choose from.
The prices for food and drinks were quite expensive and seemed to be overpriced. , the parking lot was limited, which made it difficult to find a spot to park the car.
